Tumbling Classes
The Recreational Gymnastics Program is designed to help athletes build confidence and have fun as they learn new gymnastics skills. We offer classes for a wide variety of ages and ability levels, allowing each athlete to learn at their own pace while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Through instruction on all gymnastic events, athletes are challenged to grow both physically and mentally while building a strong foundation and a lifelong love for gymnastics.

Beginner Tumbling 1
Age 6-10
This class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of tumbling in a fun way. Athletes will focus on building strong basics such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges while developing strength and coordination. Classes will begin to use the trampoline, Tumbl Trak, and other training tools to help athletes safely learn and progress their tumbling skills.
Beginner Tumbling 2
Age 11 & Up
Designed for older beginner athletes, this class focuses on developing strong tumbling fundamentals and proper technique. Athletes will work on skills and drills that build strength, body awareness, and confidence while using specialized training equipment to support safe progression.


Intermediate Tumbling
Invite Only
This class is for athletes who have mastered foundational tumbling skills and are ready to advance to more challenging progressions. Tumblers will continue improving strength, technique, and power while working toward higher-level tumbling combinations using the floor, trampoline, Tumbl Trak, and additional training stations.
Advanced Tumbling
Invite Only
Advanced Tumbling is designed for athletes who are ready for higher-level skill development and more powerful tumbling combinations. Instructors will focus on technique, strength, control, and safe progressions while helping athletes refine advanced skills in a supportive environment.


Tumbling For Cheer
Middle School
This class is designed specifically for middle school students who want to improve their tumbling skills for cheerleading. Athletes will work on proper technique, strength, jumps, and tumbling progressions using a variety of specialized training tools.
Tumbling For Cheer
High School
Designed for high school students, this class focuses on building strong, clean, and safe tumbling skills for sideline and competitive cheer. Athletes will work on strength, technique, power, and higher-level tumbling progressions while gaining confidence and consistency through structured training and skill development.
