Preschool Classes

The Preschool Program is focused on developing foundational movement skills through fun, age-appropriate activities and obstacle-based learning. Preschool athletes work on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, kinesthetic awareness, listening skills, and body control while being introduced to beginner gymnastics skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
