Monday Morning Toddler Open Gym

Mondays | 10:00–11:00 AM | Early Walkers–Age 6

Monday Morning Toddler Open Gym is a fun, flexible opportunity for young children to explore, play, move, and make new friends! Children can enjoy age-appropriate gymnastics spaces and equipment while climbing, crawling, jumping, balancing, and discovering new ways to move at their own pace. Synergym coaches will be present throughout the gym to supervise the open gym environment and help keep play safe and fun.

Parent or caregiver supervision is required for the entire open gym. Adults must remain inside the gym and actively accompany their child as they explore. This is not a drop-off program, and children may not participate while their supervising adult remains in the lobby. Parents and caregivers should assist and redirect their child as needed but are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment themselves.

Homeschool Student Open Gym

Thursdays | 2:00–3:00 PM | Ages 3–15

Homeschool Student Open Gym provides students with a fun, flexible opportunity to be active, explore the gym, and add purposeful movement to their homeschool day. Students are encouraged to develop movement confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while enjoying gymnastics and physical activity at their own pace.

Coaches will supervise designated areas throughout the gym, including the preschool area, girls gymnastics equipment, and boys gymnastics/Ninja equipment, giving students opportunities to explore activities appropriate for their age and ability. Open Gym is supervised free-play and practice time rather than a structured gymnastics class, allowing students to choose how they move, play, and challenge themselves within the available areas.

Parents and caregivers do not enter the gym during this Open Gym. Students may be dropped off and picked up promptly at the end of the session, or parents are welcome to wait in the lobby while coaches supervise participating students.
